All orders are shipped USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS, which include tracking. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent with your tracking information. *Please note that once shipped, transit & delivery times are beyond my control.
If you would like to upgrade your order and add delivery confirmation, please contact me directly. Additional fees will apply. Please understand I am not responsible for items lost or delayed by USPS or any other mail carrier.
Domestic shipping is free with any Golden haze order!
International Shipping fees are additional and added as a flat rate charge at checkout.
Canada + Mexico: $10
Everywhere else: $15
International orders are shipped via USPS and typical delivery times are 10-14 business days but can take up to 2 months due to delays with customs and/or local holidays. *Please note that once shipped, transit & delivery times are beyond our control.
Customs processing can take up to 4 weeks in some countries. Additional customs fees, tariffs or taxes may be incurred in order for you to receive your package and Golden Haze is not responsible for any additional taxes and fees that may incur as well as loss or damage resulting from processing though mail/customs system in your country.
**EU orders are Subject to VAT taxes upon receipt. You will have to pay these import fees in order to pick up your package from the post.
In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance. Golden Haze is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
In the event a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or the package has not been claimed after delivery attempts, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.
