DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Ready to ship: 5-10 business days processing time

Orders may be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex or UPS. All methods include tracking and insurance. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent with your tracking information. Please note that once shipped, transit & delivery times are beyond my control.

If your item was delivered damaged or was lost in the mail, please email me immediately at hello@shopgoldenhaze.com with the following information. (Please do not DM this info on Instagram).  

  • Photos of damaged packaging before opening as well as a video of you opening the package.
  • Pictures of the damaged item.
  • A description of the damage on the item.
  • Your preference of repairing the item or just being reimbursed for the value of the damage (not the full items value)

If your item is marked as delivered but it didn’t show up, please email me as soon as you notice it is lost in transit.

After you email I will open an insurance claim for your damaged/lost items and work on getting your replacements or reimbursements. Please understand I am not responsible for items lost or delayed by USPS or any other mail carrier. 

international SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and include tracking (when applicable) and insurance. Typical delivery times are 10-14 business days but can take up to 2 months due to delays with customs and/or local holidays. Please note that once shipped, transit & delivery times are beyond our control. 

Customs processing can take up to 4 weeks in some countries.  Additional customs fees, tariffs or taxes may be incurred in order for you to receive your package and Golden Haze is not responsible for any additional taxes and fees that may incur as well as loss or damage resulting from processing though mail/customs system in your country. 

**EU orders are Subject to VAT taxes upon receipt. You will have to pay these import fees in order to pick up your package from the post.

LOST / DAMAGED PACKAGES

The insurance provided with your order includes lost packages. Please email me as soon as you realize your package is lost in transit. I will file a claim with XCover if your package is lost or stolen and we will work of getting your a replacement. 

Golden Haze is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages once they have been shipped and denied insurance claims are beyond my control.

RETURNED PACKAGES

In the event a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or the package has not been claimed after delivery attempts, a refund will not be issued.  The buyer must repay shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.
